A Note From Alicja

Before becoming a yoga and meditation teacher, I worked in change management in the corporate world - helping others navigate uncertainty, pressure and transition.

I left that life behind and moved to Langebaan,

South Africa to build something completely different and follow a call for adventure.

A lot of what I teach comes from living through change myself: starting over in a new country twice, changing careers in late 30s, building a business from scratch, learning to swim in my 40s, and later taking up kitesurfing despite being terrified of the water for most of my life.

That experience shapes the way I teach.

My sessions combine yoga, breathwork and meditation to help people feel stronger, steadier and more connected to themselves - physically and mentally - especially during periods of uncertainty, transition, overthinking or self-doubt.

Movement, breath and mindfulness are powerful anchors during periods of change.
